Finding business coaching clients is the toughest part of building a coaching practice.  We worked with a UK Action Coach to build a reliable, consistent sales funnel to drive leads for his team.  Previously, all client acquisition was done via networking at several weekly events.  With plans to grow his team of coaches, this was unsustainable, expensive and exhausting.    Together with the lead Coach, we built out a project to prove they could successfully generate clients from Facebook advertising campaigns.

In just 2 months we generated 23 leads worth up to £24,000  per year, EACH.

Emergency Webinar Filling!
Caveat!  It is much better to warm an audience before pitching a sale, even if it is just to a 'free webinar', you're still asking for something! When we worked with this coach it was her first launch, ever.  The course was new, the webinar hadn't been done before and the audience was still very small.   She came to us just days before the webinar launched in despair; she'd tried everything she'd learned on her course but no one was signing up...   We turned a cold, empty list into c.50 registrations in just 3 days - the webinar converted and now we're best friends!

This one was fun (it even made me want to join in)!  We took a Fitness pro from the treadmill of launch-to-launch, to selling an evergreen course.   Building the audience, testing new formats and scaling without live challenges wasn't easy - but it worked!
